Megan Skinner received her first deck of Tarot cards when she was 14 years old, beginning a compelling and lifelong adventure into the realm of magic, mysticism and spiritual consciousness. Today, Megan is a professional clairvoyant, astrologer, Tarot card reader and author, with a private practice in spiritual counseling for over 20 years. During which time her client base has grown to become international. In addition to counseling and writing, Megan is a much sought-after workshop leader and lectures on astrology, the Tarot, and intuitive development.

Megan has written celebrity profiles and a weekly astrology column for ABCNEWS.com, has given numerous television and radio interviews, and is a regular guest-host on Conscious Talk Radio interviewing nationally-known authors, politicians and environmentalists on a wide range of topics impacting life in the 21st century.

She is the author of Essence of the Tarot: Modern Reflections on Ancient Wisdom (The Career Press, Inc./New Page Books, 2004,) recommended by the Supernatural Library as “One of the best (Tarot books) published to date.” Her new book The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Sextrology (Alpha Books, Jan 2008) explores the romantic, sexual and spiritual compatibility between the twelve signs of the zodiac.

Megan graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She began a career in advertising, climbing the corporate ladder to become a successful account executive with a large Seattle advertising agency. Finding her corporate life unfulfilling, she felt herself called to change directions by her burgeoning love of astrology, the Tarot and her psychic gifts, as well as her desire to help others in understanding their lives from a greater spiritual and psychic perspective.
