Guest Profile: Natalie Englebart
Dr. Natalie J. Engelbart is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist, a degree held by less than 700 doctors worldwide. She has a bachelor of science in Human Biology, a Doctorate in Chiropractic, extensive post-doctoral training in clinical nutrition and a highly accredited advanced degree in functional neurology, with specialty board certification in vestibular rehabilitation and learning disorders. She has studied and trained in Amsterdam, Paris, Norway and the United States.
Dr. Engelbart recently earned a Fellowship in Functional Neurology, the highest clinical achievement within the medical profession. The Fellowship is through the American College of Functional Neurology and is a multidisciplinary degree, shared with MDs, DOs, DCs, and PhDs who have also met the same standard of clinical excellence in the field of Functional Neurology.
In addition, she has received her Fellowship in Childhood Development Disorders for treatment of attention, learning, and motor disorders in children and Fellowship in Vestibular Rehabilitation for the treatment of vertigo, dizziness and balance problems.
Dr. Engelbart is the president and clinic director for Alternative Health Solutions and has been in private practice for over 10 years. She recently founded a non-profit foundation called Optimum Wellness Foundation, dedicated to research and advancement of non-invasive neurological treatment options for patients.
Dr. Engelbart specializes in treating neurological disorders such as vertigo, depression, anxiety, migraines, insomnia, concussions, numbness and tingling, and many others without the use of drugs or surgery.
